2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address your concerns and work toward a satisfactory resolution.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services as specified in the service agreement
  • Material Breach: If we materially breach the terms of our service agreement
  • Early Termination: If services are terminated before completion, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for undelivered services
  • Initial Consultation: Free initial consultations can be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been completed and delivered as agreed
  • Consultation fees for sessions that have already occurred
  • Custom development work that has been completed to specifications
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (software licenses, subscriptions, etc.)
  • Services cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of the issue arising via email at [email protected]
  2. Provide your service agreement number and detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Include any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your claim
  4. Allow us 5-7 business days to review your request and respond
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method

6. Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving issues amicably and professionally. If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly before pursuing formal dispute resolution. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns and find a mutually acceptable solution. If we cannot resolve the issue directly, we may agree to mediation or arbitration as specified in our Terms of Service.

7. Service Modifications

If you wish to modify the scope of services after work has begun, we will provide a revised proposal with updated pricing. Any additional fees must be agreed upon and paid before proceeding with the modified scope. Reductions in scope do not automatically result in refunds for work already completed.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary based on the type of service:

  • Ongoing Services: May be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
  • Project-Based Services: Cancellation terms specified in individual service agreements
  • Scheduled Consultations: Must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges

9. Quality Assurance

We maintain high standards for all our services. If deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in our service agreement, we will work with you to correct any issues at no additional charge. This quality assurance commitment is subject to reasonable timelines and does not extend to changes in requirements or scope after delivery.
